To Make Local Calls:

• Dial Telephone number and press CALL.
• Ex. 82151888 and press CALL.

To Make IDD Calls:

• Dial 1561 + Country Code + Area Code + Phone Number. and press CALL.
• Ex. 1561 63 919 2205374 and press CALL.

For Load Balance Inquiry:

1. Go to SMART PINOY CS CARE MENU, select LOAD BALANCE and then press SEND.
2. Call or Text CS CARE ASSISTANCE.

For Customer Care Assistance:

1. Dial 55553 using your celfone or 6213 9907 using a landline; or
2. Go to SMART PINOY CS CARE MENU, then select LIVE ASSIST.
