How to apply ibanking
1. How do I apply for an iBanking account with DBS / POSB
To use DBS iBanking, all you need to have is at least one of these DBS or POSB accounts - DBS Autosave/S$ Current/Savings PLUS or POSB Savings/Current account.
Note that you will need to apply for the iB Message service, a mandatory one-time authorisation, to conduct funds transfer services via iBanking.
Three easy ways to apply for DBS or POSB iBanking:

It is easier for you to apply for an iBanking account by introducing an online application service. Simply click here to apply online.

- Apply for iBanking at our ATMs
Step 1: Insert card* and enter your ATM PIN
Step 2: Select "More Services" and then choose the language of your choice.
Step 3: Select "PIN Services/Internet Banking"
Step 4: Choose "Apply for iBanking PIN"At this point, a screen will display to prompt customer to verify and confirm on current address to ensure all correspondence relating to iBanking are sent to the right address.
Step 5: Enter your choice of a 6-digit iBanking PIN
To apply for iB Message at our ATMs at the same time
Step 6: Select "Mobile Phone Country of Registration"
Step 7: Key in your mobile or message pager number and press "Enter" Your new internet banking (iB) PIN is accepted and your User ID and iB Message mobile number is printed on the Transaction Receipt. Please retain your Transaction Receipt.
Your DBS iB Secure Device will be mailed to your address as per our records within 4 working days. To access DSB iBanking, you will need your User ID, iBanking PIN and DBS iB Secure Device. If you are reapplying for DBS iBanking access, please use your existing DBS iB Secure Device to login immediately. *Includes DBS BankCard, ALUMNUS Card, POSB ATM card, & Debit Card with activated ATM functions and excludes VISA
- Apply for iBanking via mail
Click here to be directed to our mail-in application form. An alternative to a purely online application, this option enables you to apply for iB Message at the same time as applying for your iBanking account.
For new iBanking customers, please note that we will not be sending you a separate PIN mailer. Please visit www.dbs.com/sg/personal/ibanking/apply to create your PIN (between 6 to 9 digits).
If you do not have an ATM card, please call 1800 111 1111 for a PIN mailer to be sent
2. How do i apply for Internet Banking with OCBC
- New Application Via OCBC ATM
You can now apply for Internet Banking at any OCBC ATMs.
Insert your OCBC ATM card
Select "Other Services" after entering your ATM PIN
Select "Other Services"
Select "Phone Banking/Internet Banking"
Select "Internet Banking Application"
Enter your new 6 digit Internet Banking PIN
To confirm, enter your new 6 digit Internet Banking PIN again
End of application. Transaction receipt will state Internet Banking access code for first log-in
- Reactivation Via OCBC ATM
You can now apply for Internet Banking at any OCBC ATMs.
Insert your OCBC ATM card
Select "Other Services" after entering your ATM PIN
Select "Other Services"
Select "Phone Banking/Internet Banking"
Select "Internet Banking Application"
Enter your new 6 digit Internet Banking PIN
To confirm, enter your new 6 digit Internet Banking PIN again
End of application. Transaction receipt will state Internet Banking access code for first log-in
- New/ Reactivation -By mail
Collect forms from our branches or print it from the Internet

3. How do I apply for UOB Internet Banking?
Here are the easy and convenient ways to apply for UOB Personal Internet Banking:
- Online
Submit your personal details online (including your preferred Username), print and mail the online form to us.
- Via ATM
Register at your nearest UOB ATM and receive your temporary Username and Password immediately
Follow these simple steps:
Select Cashcard/Other Transactions > Other Transactions > Internet/Phone Banking > Internet Banking > Application
- Through Branch
Register at any UOB Group Branch and receive your temporary Username and Password immediately
If you already have your UOB Personal Internet Banking Username and Password, simply visit any UOB Branch for a personalised walk-through of your online banking experience.
