All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site. MyCard.sg is here to help you save money on long distance and international calls. We are dedicated to providing you with the most affordable quality phonecards. Although we evaluate each card that we carry, there are times when calling cards may not meet your requirement. The quality of the phonecards varies on many factors, and MyCard.sg will not be held responsible for any discrepancies between the rating and the actual quality of the phonecard.

Procedures for Shopping

As a customer, you can visit and browse through our collection of affordable phonecards as you wish. When you are ready to buy our products, just simply add them to the shopping cart and check out when ready. Upon checkout, new customers will need to fill in Personal Information such as name, contact number, etc, together with a password to create a FREE account at MyCard.sg. As for the returning customers by using the existing user ID and password, the payment form will be automatically filled in. Since the PIN numbers are sent to the email address provided by the customer, it is the customer's sole responsibility as far as the accuracy of the email address is concerned. MyCard.sg will not be held responsible for any error or loss of PIN numbers due to a faulty email address. We will only use the information provided by our customers to fulfill their order (please refer to our Privacy Policy.), and inform them of any new products possibly be an interest to them..

MyCard.sg will not be held responsible for any transcation error due to network issue and incurred by third party.

Delivery Method

PIN numbers for the purchased phonecards will be shown as soon as the transaction is successful. In case of any unforeseen technical errors during transaction, please inform us at support@MyCard.sg. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide us with correct email address. MyCard.sg shall not be held responsible for any mistaken delivery produced by customer's false information. MyCard.sg also shall not be held responsible for unauthorized use of PIN number; stolen or otherwise.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of phone cards and our delivery methods, we do not allow any refunds. Sometimes the rates can be different from the rate that we state on our web site due to the change from the card's vendor's side. If an automatic message says different amount of card credit from what we show on our web site, please hang up immediately and contact us. Continuing use of the card at this points means that you agree to use the card with the said amount of time/charge. In this case, we cannot exchange the card for you.

In case of refund, 5% transcation fee is not refunded, and S$1 refund fee is aplied, (these is charged by payment gateway provider.)

Disclaimer

Unless otherwise stated, all phonecard rates and minutes stated on this web site are for a single call only. Depending on the product, multiple calls may reduce the total amount minutes available. MyCard.sg shall not be held responsible for any loss incurred by customers as the use of products that it carries. The quality of the phonecards that MyCard.sg carries are sole responsibility of their manufacturer. MyCard.sg shall not entertain any complaints regarding the quality or misinformation of products that it carries. However, MyCard.sg shall assist customers in getting Customer Service number for appropriate manufacturer. The images of the products belongs to their manufacturers and MyCard.sg only uses them as sample images. The calling rates are based on the posters that MyCard.sg received from our manufacturers. These rates are subject to change without notice. MyCard.sg always tries to keep the latest rates as much as possible. However, if there is any case of discrepancy in rates, MyCard.sg shall not be held responsible. MyCard.sg has no control over a long distance carrier or the phonecards issuer/producer being closed down/gone out of business or domestic and International rate changes. No liability will be assumed by us in such an event.
